Campbell De Morgan Spots are removed using short wave diathermy – a form of indirect current. Using a small needle, the current destroys the skin tag and during the healing process it will fall off. A small scab may appear but should fall off within the 4 weeks of healing.
How many sessions are needed?
Typically, one session will remove the Campbell De Morgan spots, however, we invite you back in for a follow up session 4 weeks later to make sure it has healed correctly, and the results are as you desired.
Is advanced electrolysis painful?
Campbell De Morgan Spot removal is considered a painless treatment, some clients may feel a slight discomfort, but this will quickly subside after the procedure.
