Is electrolysis suitable for everyone?

Electrolysis is suitable for clients who are looking for a more permanent solution to hair removal and that have light/grey hair that cannot be removed with our IPL Laser.

Does electrolysis hair removal hurt?

Electrolysis is not typically considered ‘pain free’, however most clients say that the sensation is tolerable.

Can I shave/wax during the hair removal process?

No, waxing in between appointments is not advisable as your therapist needs to be able to get to the hair bulb, with plucking or waxing this would mean the hair root will be taken out and the bulb would not be there to allow the electrolysis probe to quarterise this bulb to successfully remove the hair. However, you therefore may trim or shave the hairs in between appointments so that it is less visible.
