From entering the beautiful, tasteful reception to leaving a happy client, the whole experience was excellent and reassuring. I had never had a ‘’treatment’’ (in this case lasering) but it was straightforward and of course Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and the procedure pain free (relatively speaking) I won’t hesitate to return as I felt comfortable that I was in safe hands. Maybe next time I may try some of the many beauty treatments that are available – everyone needs a bit of pampering and Elaine Frances is the place to do it!
