We have enjoyed our first week back in the clinic and would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout. While we have been off, we have been thinking about how we can make the clinic a safer environment for our wonderful clients and the members of our team.
Maximum of Two Clients at a Time
As the clinic reopens, we are asking that all appointments are attended to on your own and that you arrive at the time of your appointment (not early or late) so that we can ensure a full clean up of our treatment rooms in between client appointments and that there is only ever a maximum of 1 client per therapist, with a maximum of 2 clients in the clinic at a time.
Hand Sanitiser & PPE
We will be providing hand sanitiser to everyone as they enter and leave the clinic and will ask that you wear a mask wherever possible. All members of staff will be wearing one too! All the members of our team will also be wearing gloves and protective PPE for all appointments and these will be changed between each client appointment.
Contactless Payment
Our skincare products will still be available to purchase, but we now requesting contactless payments where possible and asking clients to ring up and order products so that we can have them ready for collection at your convenience, as safely and quickly as possible. Social distancing will apply where possible and with reasonable precautions observed in treatments where this is not possible.
Entering & Leaving the Clinic
On arrival we will be asking clients to wait outside the front door until a member of our team greets you. The clinic has also been adorned with social distancing signage, which explains where you must stand when enter the clinic and follow our new one-way system. When you leave the clinic you will now leave through the rear entrance. Door handles will be sanitised after every use.
Our toilet will be still be in use for all clients and will be cleaned in between use. However, we are asking that wherever possible, you use the toilet at home before coming to the clinic.
Accessories and mobile phones are big carriers of bacteria, so therefore please could all clients please remove accessories, e.g. scarfs, necklaces, and jewellery, before entering the clinic. We will also ask you to keep all mobile phones in your handbags or pockets. Paper bags will be provided for our client’s small belongings for the duration of your visit to the clinic.
Recommencing Facial Treatments
We are permitted to recommence facial treatments as of Saturday 1st August. We are asking that clients please bring their own dressing gowns/robes to their appointment for the time being.
We understand that this is still a worrying time for many, so we will still be offering both phone consultations and product deliveries while the clinic is back open. Our very first priority is the safety of our clients and staff, so we will be doing our utmost to ensure we are following all the government’s advice and adhering to our new found COVID 19 safety policy.
